Design System and Homepage Concept for a Small E-Commerce
A jewelry artist sought to launch her small business into the digital world, so she turned to me for assistance in bringing her unique vision to life. She desired a fun and lively online presence that not only showcased her artistic creations but also incorporated playful color schemes that beautifully mirrored the sparkle and brilliance of her gemstones. In addition to the engaging website design, мы discussed ways to effectively promote her brand and connect with potential customers through various online marketing strategies.
Research/Design
The initial research began with an extensive exploration of various websites, aiming to identify similar goals and target audiences in order to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the market landscape and the most preferred solutions available. Following this research phase, I proceeded to create detailed sketches, wireframes, and a cohesive design system to guide the development process.
Final Concept
I created the basic structure of the website based on thorough research and the initial set of wireframes that were meticulously designed. Additionally, I developed the navigation system, header menu bar, footer, and all of the necessary pages required to facilitate a smooth and seamless user experience. I ensured that the header navigation bar remained simple, clear, and intuitive for users to easily navigate the site. The overall design of the page gives strong emphasis to both the text content and the imagery, allowing for a visually balanced and engaging presentation that effectively captures the attention of visitors.
